- OVER 1000 DIFFERENT SPORTS EVENTS FOR TOP TOP ATHLETES, ENTREPRENEURS AND DIFFERENT TEAMS HAVE BEEN ORGANIZED IN THE TERRITORY OF ALUTUTUS RECREATION AND SPORTS CENTER
- COMPETITIONS AND OTHER EVENTS ARE ORGANIZED IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA OF SA PANJÄRVE HEALTH SPORTS CENTER
Applying for a permit to organize a competition or sporting event
The organizer of a sporting event (hereinafter the organizer) shall submit a written application for a permit for the organization of a sporting event (hereinafter the permit) at least one month before the day of the organization of the sporting event, stating:
- the name of the sporting event, the time and place of the sporting event;
- the name, residence or address, date of birth or registry code of the organizer;
- the planned number of participants;
- details of the person responsible for public order and security;
- information on the security company or the number of stewards by the organizer and a description of their duties;
- data on the organization of parking of vehicles;
- the organizer's assessment of the security risks that may occur during the competition.
- TO ORGANIZE THE COMPETITION IN THE TERRITORY OF THE ALUTUTH RECREATION AND SPORTS CENTER,
- Apply for a permit from the Panjärve Health Sports Foundation to organize a competition or sports event on the territory of Alutaguse Recreation and Sports Center
- Put the event in the calendar of the Alutaguse Recreation and Sports Center competitions
- Prepare the competition instructions and send them to the management of the Panjärve Health Sports Center Foundation no later than 4 weeks before the date of the competition.
- The instructions must state:
- Date, time and place of the competition / sporting event;
- Organizing club;
- Details of the officials of the competition / sporting event (chief judge, judges, track master, steward, secretary, etc.);
- Competition classes and entry fees;
- To publish the start queues, results, etc. of the competition in time;
- Carry out the competition in accordance with the regulations of the respective competition area and the quality requirements for the organization of the competition.
